This California Privacy Notice supplements the SURVXCOM Privacy Policy and applies to visitors, readers, and users who reside in California.
SURVXCOM — Survival Exchange & Communication — is an independent Christian research, preparedness, emergency communications, and cultural-analysis publication operated from the United States. This notice explains how SURVXCOM approaches California privacy rights, personal information, cookies, analytics, affiliate links, and related data practices.
1. Important Note About CCPA / CPRA Applicability
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to certain for-profit businesses that meet specific legal thresholds, such as annual revenue, data-volume, or personal-information-sale/share thresholds.
As a new independent publication, SURVXCOM does not believe it currently meets the thresholds that would make it a covered business under the CCPA/CPRA. However, SURVXCOM provides this California Privacy Notice as a good-faith transparency measure for California visitors.
If SURVXCOM grows, changes its operations, adds new advertising tools, collects more information, begins selling or sharing personal information as defined by California law, or otherwise becomes subject to additional California privacy obligations, this notice may be updated.
